Fractional VP of Sales

On-site, one day per week for 6-12 months. The focus is on developing sales proficiencies and processes outlined in The Six Pillars of Sales Excellence.  As a Fractional VP of Sales, I partner with companies seeking strategic sales leadership. By providing expert guidance, I help organizations develop and execute effective sales strategies, coach sales teams, and drive revenue growth. This flexible model offers a cost-efficient solution to address sales challenges.

Fees: $5,500/month for a minimum of 6 monthes

Sales Process Optimization

2-3 days of intense sales training. Enhance your sales effectiveness by refining key processes tailored to your organization’s needs.: Strategic Account Management, Strategic Sales Planning, Value Selling, or Territory Planning. Ideal for B2B sales organizations of all sizes, these proven methodologies help drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

Set the tone for your next sales meeting or any conference with a motivational and informative speech designed to inspire and energize your audience.  The focus is on the importance of Sales Excellence and the continuous improvement of your sales process and proficiencies.
